Crump Family Farms
Established in 2018 in Amherst, VA, Crump Family Farms is a purveyor of organically grown microgreens, specialty greens, and edible flowers. We deliver throughout central Virginia to restaurants, farmer’s markets, and households. We practice sustainable agriculture by creating and using compost, planting cover crops, utilizing no till methods, and cultivating symbiotic relationships with pollinators and our flock of chickens.

What We Grow
We produce microgreens, vegetables and herbs harvested before the first true leaves. Microgreens are packed with nutrients, vitamins, and are intensely flavorful. Check out our list of microgreens for current availability!
Coming soon in 2021…
We will be growing several varieties of mushrooms. Our mushroom closets are custom-built on the homestead and create a perfect environment for cultivating delicious specialty mushrooms.
Coming in Spring 2020, we are adding edible flowers to our farm. Look for johnny jump ups, marigolds, chives, nasturtiums, borage, and more!
