Our Story
Crump Family Farms was born with the birth of our daughter, Emmi Rose Crump. We were searching for a joyful way to be home with our child, be the family we dreamed of being, and spread nutritious, wholesome foods that we believe in to our community.
Both passionate gardeners and health-conscious parents, we embarked on a grand adventure in microgreens. We work every day to expand our small farm into a larger scale farm, where we can teach about sustainable living, and work towards food security within our community. We use sustainable agricultural methods by practicing crop rotation, planting cover crop, building + using compost, and cultivating symbiotic relationships with local pollinators and our flock of chickens. We are proud of our products + proud to share them!

On the Farm…
At Crump Family Farms, we believe in supporting local businesses, families and communities in Central Virginia. We deliver weekly to restaurants, markets, and households throughout the Blue Ridge and Piedmont regions. Orders can be made in ½ lb increments and deliveries are made Monday through Friday. To bring microgreens to you, we have created a CSA delivery system, and are pleased to offer discounted rates to members. To become a part of our CSA, you can choose to subscribe for weekly, biweekly, or monthly deliveries. We are a custom-grown farm, and are happy to grow your favorite microgreens per request.
